Property and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
For group reservations, full payment is required at least 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations must also be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.
For individual reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
Cancellations made after these deadlines will be subject to a charge equal to one night’s stay at the full rate. We kindly ask for your understanding, as no exceptions can be made to this policy.

Accessibility - Please note that our property does not offer accessibility accommodations for individuals with special needs at this time.
Parking - Complimentary parking is available on motel premises for registered guests only. The motel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.
Quiet Hours - To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to minimize noise during these hours.
Events and Gatherings - Any events, parties, or gatherings on the property must be pre-arranged and approved by management in writing. Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guest Conduct - Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the property. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to motel property may result in additional charges or removal from the premises.
Dispute Resolution - Any concerns or disputes should be directed to motel staff or management for resolution. We strive to address all issues promptly and fairly.
Room Occupancy and Identification - All guests must be registered. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit/debit card or cash deposit are required at check-in. Room occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside rooms.
Pets - Pets are allowed with $20 per pet per night per room
Damage and Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or motel property during their stay. Charges will apply for repair or replacement of damaged items.
Lost and Found - The motel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Items left behind may be held for up to 30 days and returned upon request at the guest’s expense.
We are pet-friendly; a mandatory security deposit of $100 per pet, per night is required
